Techno Quantum Services (TQS) was established in Walthamstow (UK) in 1990 as a Business Consultancy Firm. The food safety and research wing of Techno Quantum Services fragmented out to become TQS Global Management System which established itself in Walthamstow (UK) in the year 2000 as a Food safety and research firm engaged in Consultancy activities.
